"The staff was very personable and very helpful. Appreciated the water jug in the lobby and also the access to the coffee machine. The hotel was clean and well organized. The room was as expected, bed was comfortable and the shower head reminded me of a Seinfeld episode which made me laugh. Breakfast in the morning looked average but I did hear the staff say they were changing a few things. I did not eat anything, just had some juice and coffee. Checking out was easy. Appreciated all the assistance with the desk staff when I realized I had forgotten something in the room and when I returned to the hotel it was ready at the front desk. Easy access to the major interstate"

"It’s hard to put into words the charm, beauty, and thoughtfulness of this place. The 100-year-old house keeps all of its character, with modern renovations and decor that are perfect down to the last detail. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and Janny left us a lovely treat from a local bakery. The setting feels like the country but is conveniently close to everything in Kokomo. We loved gathering around the fire table on the deck after dark, and only wish we’d had time to use the firepit too! It couldn’t have been more perfect for our group of friends sharing music, food, and fellowship. Janny was quick to respond to any questions we had. We’re already planning our return!"

"The room and facilities were very, very clean. Some updates would be nice like a/c unit, but overall pretty well maintained. For the room price, a small coffee maker in the room would be nice, especially since they do not offer breakfast foods of any kind. Of course room had microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board. Lots of places you have to request these things. And a Mexican restaurant was on the property if you needed a quick dinner. Just impressed with cleanliness, which means a lot to me."
