"Property is amazing as this is my third time returning though the staff from in-room dining to the checkout desk were a total disaster. I ordered coleslaw and the staff says it will take 45 minutes to reach my room so I suggested we pick up from the Arive restaurant as we already had an in room dining disaster the previous night. Though she still says 45 minutes so I insisted I speak to the chef and he said in 20 minutes and it can be picked up from the Arive restaurant and surely that was ready. In the previous night we had dinner almost past midnight and that to with raw edamame beans without the truffle oil and when asked to fix they sent us extra while we were already done with dinner. We had also ordered daal khichdi which never turned up which was clearly written while taking The order at the arive restaurant. Day before this incident all I asked for was bottled water that itself took almost an hour to reach our room. Upon checkin we had paid in full and were told that any additions like inroom dining or laundry we would have to pay upon check out though our rooms are fully paid. Now upon check out the desk manager tells me there’s an extra charge of 1800 rupees of tax, now where did that come from? We paid. Then the manager spoke to someone on the phone and they decided to give us a free ride to the airport though our uber was already there so we left. Abdul bhai the best of-all he made sure the rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you and keep up the good work."

"Very convenient for few hours or overnight stop specially if you have a young family even better to get a good comfortable rest before your next flight. Very clean, quiet rooms with all amenities available in room plenty of choice on food and drinks either in room or in restaurant, staff are very friendly and helpful. As located inside terminal so you can walk around inside arrival hall with some shops as well drink places. Stopping longer and fancy going to Mumbai city or meet friends outside ? Why not book a taxi or private car from desk right infront of the hotel reception and then just go through security door with your Hotel pass you can get from desk so can get back inside from same door at level P4. Prices are reasonably good with breakfast included."
