"We had to call 3 times to get our room cleaned, when we complained they said they only clean every 3rd day. They should have told us that at check in. We even spoke with the manager. I had to call again for clean towels and coffee. NOT once did they vacuum our room and our trash was over flowing and they finally emptied it the day before we left . We spent 5 nights there and it was the worst experience ever. We talked with the hotel manager and housekeeper manager and your staff is only as good as they are. They don’t care and it shows in the staff"

"The room smelled like urine. The shower leaked. The bed was very uncomfortable. One of the staff lied. The lower level parking is a nightmare. The AC rattled the entire time it was on. The hotel is right next to the train tracks, which runs constantly. A cashless hotel with coin operated laundry."

"Great stay for a great price! The hotel was spotless and quiet despite its location near the freeway. Our check-in experience with Tkono (I am pretty sure I'm spelling her name wrong and my sincere apologies) was fantastic - we felt welcomed from the moment we stepped in the lobby and we appreciated her friendliness and helpfulness. Bed was really comfortable. This hotel has been completely upgraded with nice touches throughout, including a cute courtyard. Parking was easy and the location is great - we walked everywhere. Did not stay for breakfast but it looked adequate and is included with the stay. We will definitely return. "
