"I've stayed here several times on ski trips, it's always been an affordable, decent place. Quick I-70 and Hwy 6 access, close to ski resorts, hiking trails, establishments & shopping. The staff on my stays have been excellent - very helpful and friendly. The rooms have been good, the continental breakfast is fine, and really enjoy the very nice hot tub and pool. "

"Great breakfast! Handy location. Plenty of towels in pool area. Plants, windows and blinds need some care in the pool area which would enhance it very nicely!"

" Front desk was amazing, super helpful and made my sons weekend by being able to make s’mores! He was so excited he made one for the thoughtful lady at the front desk! This is our 4th or 5th time staying at this property and always have a great experience! Parking is easy and they have Ev chargers on site which is helpful!"

"Wonderful luxury mountain home that our large group with kids really enjoyed. Excellent communication with the host made our stay a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked and able to accommodate feeding (and serving!) a crowd. We really enjoyed the mountain views and the pool and community space at Aspen House was a treat. 10/10 would recommend and stay again! "

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the location and the property itself is large, open, and airy. Management company is very good, communication excellent. Issue is furniture, appliances, dishes, and cookware. They are all very old. Couches and chairs are very old and uncomfortable. Beds were generally good. While we were there the dishwasher leaked whenever we used it - so we waged by hand all week. Three glasses broke simply because we used them - they were cracked. There is no party to place your dry goods (food) as all cabinets are used for dishes, etc so dry goods are placed all over the counters - makes for a messy week. If owners would invest back into the place, it would be lovely. As is, you’d be best to find another place at this cost."

"The house was exactly as described in the listing. We had a wonderful time there with 3 generations of family. The beds were comfortable, and the hot tub and outdoor patio area was so beautiful. We look forward to coming again in the near future!"
