"We stayed here for a couple of nights for a long weekend exploring the Yorkshire Wolds. The location is great, being close to a few larger towns like Driffield and Pocklington, but also close to some amazing walking including a stretch of the Yorkshire Wolds Way. The room was really lovely, the staff friendly, and the food and beer fantastic. We will definitely stay again when we're next out this way! "
"Stayed for one night in the one bedroom cottage. Clean, well appointed. Great shower. Really enjoyed the full English in the pub. Would re-book. Thank you "
"Absolutely lovely place to stay, very close walk to town too and such good options for food! Room was great and would thoroughly recommend this property to stay at!"
"Liked the grounds and tranquility. Dining room was shut for 3days of our stay for refurbishment. Opened on 4th day and food was excellent . Room beverages and milk were not testocked during our stay"
"Beautiful property, clean, tidy excellent location in a quiet small village. Plenty of room for our family of 5 and everything you need. Would definitely book again"
"We found this accommodation suited us very well for 4 days as a base for touring the local area. It was fresh, clean and confortable. The hot tub was very private and easy to set up. Off street parking was for our sole use and was immediately next to door and internal stairs leading up to property. We were able to make a cooked breakfast each morning using facilities in the open plan kitchen. The hosts welcomed us on our arrival, provided some local recommendations and then left us to enjoy our...
"The cottage was amazing, access gained easily when we arrived. The property was nice and clean and well presented.
We travelled with 2yr old twins and 1 cot was provided and 2 high chairs which was brilliant for us as we were able to bring our own travel cot as well. Plenty of room for the four of us. information on shops and local amenities was good.
As guests we had access to a large grassed area with a climbing frame, also there was a veg patch and chickens as well.
All in all a brilliant...

Peaceful & Cosy One Bedroom Cottage For Two People In Malton/Pickering Area
10/10 Excellent
"Delightful cottage, worked great as a home base to visit York and go hiking up north in the moors national park "
"Had a relaxing three night stay in this lovely cottage. Plenty of space and very comfy beds. Nice size bathrooms although unfortunately the shower in the family bathroom was leaking down into the hallway so everyone had to use the ensuite shower. Not ideal but no fault of the owners. Nice and warm and really cosy, even more so with the log fire blazing. family bathroo.the family bathroom "
