"Hotel was undergoing renovations which was not disclosed on booking , no evening meals available for guests but functions went ahead with food provided !! Also not mentionef was no lift and was 39 stairs to our room and i have mobiliy issues .apart from these issues hotel was fine, staff very friendly , breakfast was very good. Room serviced daily. "

"AVOID This flat is in a building which is in the process of being renovated. The building is empty, has insecure front doors; there is debris scattered all over the back of the property; there is no lighting around the entrance or car park. Unsafe. Difficult to find due to building not being labelled, due to being renovated. Property Host was not there to meet us and was going to be over an hour late. UTTERLY MISLEADING ADVERT"

"The apartment was clean, easily accessible and beautifully furnished/equipped with everything you would need. We had a slight problem viewing chanels on the Smart TV's but I think that was done to us not being used to them more than anything else :)Lovely, lovely apartment, would highly recommend this apartment.Thank you"

"My Dad was unable to access the apartment due to the complicated process, he is a pensioner and not tech' savy and after travelling over 4 hours to Whitehaven he was very disappointed to discover that their was no host to greet him and when he managed to make contact with someone on a phone was told his details where incomplete and needed photo ID which he didn't have with him, he ended up having to find alternative accomodation. He is very upset and disappointed."
