"Home is in the absolute perfect location. Northside of havasu. Walmart is anout 6 minutes away, windsor launch ramp is about the same. The home is beautiful and well stocked. Mark & Amy are very responsive. We had a perfect trip due to the perfrct maintenance of the home!"

"Not bad for one night stay. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean which is a huge plus. Wifi was really good! On the down side: Tv's were only Roku which there were no remotes to work Roku so unusable. There were like 5 Dish Network remotes but no Dish service, DVD was not hooked up. Ping Pong table had a big plie of bird poop on it, not from one day but was old dried and a big pile, Pool had a lot of old leaves in the bottom of it and some floating ones too (nobody wanted to swim in it) Looked like it had not been serviced for some time. Chorine floater was empty on porch. Blinds were broken on several windows, one bedroom they did not even cover the window which looked out to the street. Very nice property just needs better management to be a good place for people to stay an extended time. Fine for our one night stay but would never want to rent it for a week for a vacation. Noticed it was "For Sale". We own a very nice motel in Buhl, Idaho and would not rent this property in this condition, and I was a professional IT and TV guy for the last 30+ years and could not get the TVs working. We would not recommend this to anyone and will not be staying here next year. We have a house in Havasu and clean it before we leave and need a place to stay for a night each year so we can get an early start the next day. "

"This is our 2nd time at the Avalon Oasis. It's as good as we remembered, very clean, extremely well organized and well stocked with all necessary supplies. A nice touch is they added a large rolling cooler for the patio area, as well as a portable cooler which comes in handy if you are renting a boat! The casita is a very nice benefit as well if you have guest visiting!"
