In spite of that, we had several issues with our keys, elevators not working, water control in the shower broken and a very uncomfortable sofa bed in our suite. The beach, bar, and pool staff were all very accommodating. There is no coffee provided in the morning, the gift shop and the restaurant do not open until 7 AM for you to purchase coffee. The gift shop has one woman working a very busy counter as many want their coffee by then. There are...
