Washington Plaza Hotel

"We had an overall good stay at the hotel. We didn't use the gym or the pool, but they both looked nice and well mantained. The restaurant had good food, and we never had any issues with the parking garage. There were a lot of things to do and see nearby which made for a great location. The room felt a bit outdated, though, but that wasn't the end of the world. My only complaint was that one day when we came back to the room our A/C had been changed several degrees below our preference and the room was freezing, and there was also a glove (used for cleaning?) left on the nightstand among my things. This was a one time incident and we wouldn't mind giving the hotel another chance in the future if we come back."

"People was staying parked in unloading area and we had to unload from parking deck which was crazy and its a little dangerous going thru parking lot to get to parking deck"

"Loved this hotel. Traveled with family and kids loved both the lazy river and pool. I stood in the apartment style room and everything was very nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast was really good. Will definitely be coming back here."

"Lobby was lovely and updated with beautiful water fountain. Staff were extremely helpful. Parking was a nightmare, paid to have it included in our room but gate never worked properly, room key was supposed to open gate and we had to call for them to open & close every time we left lot. Pool area could use a refresh, tiles missing or uneven, lots of hair all around pool area (had a cheerleading conference there) and kids splash pad has turf missing in areas. The locked gates to the pool are off kilter so it’s difficult to open and close."

"The hotel is currently being renovated and I would love to see it when it’s done. Beautiful lobby, cute furniture in the rooms, great breakfast buffet, ideal location, and friendly staff. Only downside - there’s only one elevator."
