"1st room has bed bugs or something that took a bite of my wife's leg. Reported it and the staff treated me like I was lying and made me give them proof and took 1 day to let me know if I can change rooms. Changed my room from a pool-beach view which I paid for and placed me to a city view. Many parts of the room including some wall and vanity outlets don't work, shower values knob not tightened where when you'd shower, the part comes off. The restaurants charges high price + huge service charges for food that tastes like cafeteria food. Swimming pool time listed as dawn to dusk yet the pool staff closes the pool at 7 pm. Dusk in Miami is around 8 pm in July. Called about parking and was told that valet is $50 total & when I showed up I was told $75 + taxes & fees, mind you I was there for 9 nights. They also fenced a large area of the pool half way through my stay."
