"We had the friendliest staff, the hotel is very clean and well maintained and the room service is excellent! Stayed here for BTS walked to the stadium both days. Finding the sky bridge can be a bit tricky so make sure to ask for directions."

"Beautiful well kept on the beach. Several hidden fees (parking, gratuity, umbrellas on the beach). They have three pools and one was under construction when we went. A child had an accident in one pool so they closed it to clean it for the day. That left only one. That they cannot help. It would be nice to have one pool for adults only. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would go back."

"Our stay was great! We were right at the beach. We were very close to everything, Broadway at the Beach, Motown, Malls, Walmart, Golden Corral and list goes on, helicopter rides! Definitely a great time was had! I plan to come back next summer. The hotel is a little dated but good. Well, the carpet on the balcony needs to be replaced other than that it was fine. I didn't like the code for the TV."
