"There was still a lot of snow on the ground which took up parking spaces and the amount of money that we paid for one night in the offseason was a little too much. But other than that the room was clean the area was nice and quiet."

"The host was always quick to reply. We found it very helpful that they labeled the light switches. Very convenient feature, the home has keyless entry. Our two favorite parts 1) we could bring our dog and 2) the home is across the street from a private beach. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you."

"Great place and location. We visited Plymouth to celebrate my Mom’s 88th birthday and the house was perfect for all of that. Beds were comfortable, great tv room, and the kitchen and eating areas were perfect. We didn’t use the pool, but the outside porch/gazebo was a neat add. Only issue would be the property exterior (weeds, spider webs, tree litter on the porch) could have used some maintenance and attention. Communication during the visit was via an AI bot, but a great visit overall. "

"Beautiful location, new back deck overlooking the ocean was a real highlight. Soft items like the living room couch and chair and the mattresses could use a refresh. The cottage has a nice kitchen, a new grill and a washer dryer for convenience. It’s a quiet spot with only houses on this beach. It is a rocky beach so bring your beach shoes, but waking to beautiful sunrises every day is amazing. Overall a great relaxing getaway. "

It’s a very quick walk across the street to the beach on a secluded street. A quick walk to a great playground and very close to everything the Cape has to offer. This was our second stay and will absolutely not be our last! "

The location alone is unbeatable—the private beach access is just steps away, making it so convenient for families with kids.The home itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything feels high-end, from the appliances to the smart systems (the in-wall vacuum was such a cool touch!). The bathrooms and showers are gorgeous, and the bunk room was an absolute dream for the kids—tons of space and so much fun. We were also amazed at how well-stocked the house is for little ones, which made traveling as a family so much easier.Our host went above and beyond—so welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. Each evening, we gathered around the fire pit on the beach, making memories that we know will last a lifetime. If you are looking to be in a quiet location with your family and avoid the cape bridge traffic - this is your place! We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back.
