"Kitchen was equipped but basic. Room could be updated, looking a little tired. Blinds don't keep out morning light. Check in was difficult, had to be done online. I am an older person not good with technology, I was not offered any assistance from reception staff, eventually my husband worked it out. Best part about this property was the view and position."

"There was nowhere to put our suitcases. Perhaps one or two purpose built low shelves in the wardrobe areas would help. Many hotels have these and they are robust enough to cope with suitcases and their wheels. There was plenty of (perhaps too much) storage space in those areas so a suitcase shelf would fit in easily.
