"Phone number given in booking and on website didn't work. Quick email reply though as I was arriving late in the evening I wanted to make sure I was able to pick up the key. The key was in a safe and all worked beautifully. I didn't get the wifi password, and a bit of a noisy neighbour first night but otherwise all good. "

"Felt like a home away from home, from the moment we stepped inside. Easily walkable to convention centre and cbd, day and night, and as we didn't research supermarket business hours very well, we found the bonus restaurant downstairs was very handy for morning buffet breakfasts! Highly recommend, exceptional hosts, timely and responsive communication, and we're looking forward to our next trip to Perth."

"1.The lockbox was very very difficult to.open especially at night time where visibility was next to zero. I spent nearly an hour to no avail. The instructions were illegible. "We had a great time staying at Observation Rise.
