The staff have been excellent every time we have stayed there and Michael at the Horseshoe bar is fantastic. easy to talk with and always attentive to his customers. It is due to the people that I continue to stay here but if the prices keep rising, I may be looking for rooms elsewhere. "

"I stayed here for a whole week. The place is pretty, but the main reason we booked this hotel instead of another one was because of the jacuzzi… and honestly that ended up being the biggest disappointment. It’s way too small for how many guests there are. We literally waited hours hoping two or three people would leave so we could finally get in, but people would just stay there forever and weren’t very considerate about others waiting. Out of our entire 6-day stay, we were only able to use it once, and even then it was overcrowded with kids splashing water, diving in, and getting water all over everyone. I really wish they had a bigger jacuzzi or at least a second one (maybe adults-only), because the current setup just doesn’t work for the number of people staying there. Only about 6 people fit at a time, which makes it almost impossible to enjoy."
