"I don't know what it is but evidently they claim that the police won't come in there but they're not enforcing the handicap parking and they're letting people who are not handicapped take the handicap parking considering that's under federal law and it doesn't matter if it's private property or not. As I worked at the airport for Emery we had guys park in there and they got tickets and as they were told private property has nothing to do with it. Once it's marked blue it's blue and by law you better have a placard or a plate"

"I have stayed here a few times when traveling from California and enjoy the convenience of a clean room, a restaurant within the property and a staff that is attentive and courteous. These qualities are importantly to me and I have found them here. There is a slight smell of smoke due to the casino area and I’m not a smoker, but I’ve found there has been no smell of smoke in any of the rooms I have stayed in and this works for me."

"I have stayed at probably every hotel with a kitchen in the Reno/Carson City vicinity and will continue to book this Residence Inn. The amenities feel comfortable and the rooms feel more like home. I especially love that they actually provide the right amount of dishes and cookware that I rarely have to improvise. The gym is nice and clean, the pool area is relaxing and the outdoor common areas are so inviting. I made steak on the grill! You just ask for BBQ tools at the front desk. I was so impressed with the quality of work of the housekeeping staff. Rosalinda (Rosa) cleaned my room while I was at work and it was so nice to come "home" to a clean place - she took so much care when tidying up. It was also great that I could leave her a tip using the QR code ! I never have cash on me and I was happy I could thank her in that way. I have a lot of food allergies and sensitivities which is why I choose a residential type hotel, but the breakfast offered there is the best Ive seen and the seating is relaxing and comfortable with great options for a working breakfast in the lobby or outdoors. I do wish there was more parking. If you get there after 5 or 6 pm, youre parking in the back."
