And when came back from the spa, restaurant/bar was already closed (just after 9) which meant I couldn't order any room service. Aside from that - the room was PERFECT."

"We couldn't find the hotel. The street name wasn't recognised by the satnav. Neither was the postcode. We rang them for instructions and the person we spoke to was quite rude. When we arrived, the person who greeted us was also very rude. The room was very sparse. NOTHING like the pictures. The towels provided were tiny and one was stained. The hand-wash was watered down so much it could hardly be called soap. Bedding was very worn and the sheet had blood on it. If it hadn't been nonrefundable, we would have cancelled the booking. "
