There was a fair amount of sand outside due to the weather which ended up tracking in and being nasty in our carpet. Complimentary breakfast was unappealing. "The continental breakfast was good - a variety of fresh baked goods, yogurts, fresh fruits, granola, teas, and the coffee was excellent! It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. Parking was no problem - plenty of space, well-lit, felt absloutely safe. Our room and private bath was clean and well-appointed. All in all, it was a very comfortable & enjoyable visit. I'll be back!"
