"The location of this hotel was great, very convenient. That’s where the positives of this trip end. The staff were not very helpful and seemed to have an attitude when asking if it were possible to accommodate my needs. Late check out costs extra, a conference room costs extra, coffee costs extra-no coffee maker, microwave, nor cold refrigerator were in the room. Breakfast even costs extra. Felt like I was nickeled and dimed for the most basic of requests. WiFi was spotty at best. Some of the channels available for streaming were also spotty. The walls are very thin, I was woken up by people letting their doors slam shut several times a night and by the next door neighbor at 3am engaging in adult activities. The “bathroom” in the room had a toilet that was so low it is hard for people with disabilities to use. The shower door wouldn’t close and leaked water on the floor outside of the shower. The bathroom door its self did not fully close. For a Marriott affiliated hotel I was quite disappointed by this experience. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Landing at Bridge District. It looks like the building is relatively new and very secure. The inside was very nice and comfortable. The living room and kitchen were light and airy. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms clean and spacious. There were TV’s in each bedroom and the living room. A couple of remotes had dead batteries which sucked but wasn’t the end of the world. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and a dishwasher. It was missing some basic things like dish soap and cleaning products. It also would have been nice if there were some salt and cooking oil stocked there but we ended up going to a market to get our own. We also never received the wristband to have access to the pool. Not sure why this happened. The Metro is a quick 10 minute walk from the property which was excellent. There was no need for a rental car as we used the Metro during our entire week long stay. Very convenient. I also felt safe in and around the complex. I also felt safe on the Metro so that was a nice plus too. I do want to mention there seemed to be no food areas nearby to walk to. You would have to get on the Metro to find someplace to eat. Overall a great stay and I would not hesitate returning here."

"It was an okay stay nothing particularly special. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had shared that information with the lodge ahead of time, but unfortunately it didn’t seem to be communicated, as we were asked again during check-in. The room was clean, though smaller than we expected. On a positive note, guest services provided great customer service, which we appreciated. The rooftop restaurant, Moon River, was a nice highlight of the stay. Overall, it was a good hotel experience, but there’s definitely room for better attention to special occasions."

"My family’s experiance was pretty good. The only negatives was the beds were so uncomfortable and it took us a while to get used to the elevators, they don’t have floor numbers inside. Also you cannot get dropped off in front of the hotel. You have to get dropped off by the turnaround. The entrance is little hidden within buildings."

"Clean room. However our room was set up a bit awkward, not enough charging stations. Parking is odd, you had to drive around the corner, push a button to let yourself in. Not much was explained at check in, had to figure out that your keycard is needed to go up in the elevators. Had to ask where the pool was as well. The bed was very comfortable. "This place is cool. Obviously an older remodeled building and well done. Location was amazing. The breakfast was awesome. Lots of really yummy options and fresh. There was a chef making things during the breakfast."
