Plenty of space for my family of 12 to have a reunion with hikes, swimming, and fun excursions into town and the local ski resorts. "The Brookside house was a very unique and fun place for us to stay, the record collection was a plus! It was easy to find and a great spot to get to Sunday River for skiers and walking trails for others. Lots of unique rooms and plenty of room for people to stay and hang out. "
