"The room and hotel were nice enough…unfortunately the on site spa was an upsetting visit that ruined our entire stay as a group of 8 that was trying to celebrate my daughter’s future wedding. We had to evacuate the spa as the chlorine gases where causing excessive coughing and breathing issues although they allowed us to stay in for 45-60min before advising us there was a problem. We than had to call poison control and monitor each other ruining all our other plans we had headaches and respiratory issues for a few days after. We did not pay for our spa visit but no break of the $600 paid for the room was given which was very disappointing "

"We had a great stay in Collingwood. The place was exactly as described, clean, well set up, and in a really convenient location close to Blue and town. It worked perfectly for our group with lots of space to hang out.Seema was a great host and truly went above and beyond for us, which made the whole experience seamless. Would definitely stay here again."

"bed was way too soft and low to the ground so your pet could jump up onto it? Hotel beds are usually higher, more firm and with a nice pillow top! very poor sound proofing, the hand held shower attachment had a leak that sprayed all over, BUT it had a kitchenette, and a great worry free laminate floor, nice walk in shower. "

"Our room booked for 4 people was only suitible for 2. The sofa bed was not made up, and there were no extra sheets to make it up ourselves. One person had to sleep on the sofa and 3 shared the king bed. We were not in the main building and there is no one on site for the seniors building where our room was located. "

"The only real problem I had was the coffee maker wouldn’t work until I realized the ground interrupter was on. Also the instruction scan card was hidden on the high shelf. The overall condo was good for my needs. Would use it again"
