Expedia overbooked people for the same date. It ended up working in our favour because we were transferred to one of the cabins on River Ave. It was much closer to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Owner provided the key for a room and left, later came to know it wasn't the room we booked. We had to call him and he took atleast 3 hours to get the things right. Terrible service, Bug in the room, Whole motel was not maintained properly. Motel Needs to work in its cleanliness. Too Expensive for this condition. I will not recomment this motel.

The shower was broken. The sink was broken. The toilet was broken. There was no hot water. It smelled like mould and bad smell smells in the room. Somebody was supposed to be there to help me. Nobody was there, but somebody just to hand me a key didn’t take no information nothing.

**1 Star** This was one of the worst motel experiences I've had. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed the main door lock was not functioning properly, which immediately raised safety concerns. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and it was obvious that cleanliness and maintenance had been neglected. The air conditioner appeared poorly maintained, and there was visible fungus inside the refrigerator. The bathroom door did not close or operate properly, making it inconvenient to use. Overall, the room was not clean and the property itself looked very old and poorly maintained. Considering the condition of the room, I don't believe it justifies the $122 per night price. In my opinion, it would be more reasonably priced around $30-$40 based on the quality provided. To make matters worse, someone was smoking what appeared to be marijuana directly outside my room, and the smell spread into the room. There was no visible staff intervention or effort to address the situation. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this motel to anyone.

My shed for my lawn morre is bigger then the double sweet LOL. . Not to mention that there were bugs everywhere the bathroom smelled like stayle piss and we had to manually flush the toilet. The microwave never worked and the 1970 air-conditioning. Next the exterior of the place was full of cigarette butt's, the BBQ grill looks like it's never been cleaned and the .the BBQ utensils were black. Now they sold you a salt water pool that was full of bugs algiy and just looked like something out of a horror movie . If I were to stay there again I wouldn't pay more then. $ 40 Dollars a night.

Our room was falling apart. Peeling wallpaper, small holes in the walls, rust all over the bathroom and the list goes on. Didn't expect a 5 star hotel, but this looked like the last reno was decades ago. Nothing like the pictures. Only bonus is the location. We received no clean towels or any kind of housekeeping in our weekend stay.

It was too old , spider all over the place , hanging from ceiling, even hanging from all over the room that I had to clean that my kids can go inside . Shower too small. It’s not like the pictures at all . We waster our money unfortunately but we reserved before ,no recommend at all.
