"We had a lovely time at the villa. The house is beautiful, well made, and well maintained with a great view of the Mediterranean. We wished we could stay longer. The beach and numerous restaurants are nearby as well, not to mention Cannes, Nice, and other excursions. Gaia was pleasant and very responsive as well. We would definitely come back!"

"No electricity on arrival. The housekeeper had not checked. The freezer had defrosted and was full of water. Previous guests had left food which had defrosted. We had to clean it out. We would have expected an empty freezer. The house needs a deep clean. Dirty magazines in the toilet room need to be removed and a very dirty toilet brush. Light switches very unclean.
