"Quite unique and interesting villa in a quaint little village worth the drive but the grounds around the villa are not looked after at all, the pond with goldfish in it was green and not working, the other pond was even worse. Very limited kitchen facilities, clothes washer and dishwasher smelled moldy, beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The Dog next door barked a lot all hours of the day and night. "On arrival the reception staff were very helpful, explaining all we needed to know. We asked for a few extra bits in the room and help with the aircon and nothing was any problem they dealt with it all and very quickly. Everywhere seemed very clean. The staff at breaks were very polite and helpful and also made time to talk to people. Even down to when last day leaving we went to collect our bag/case and was told "we have showers if you wish yo get changed into different clothes for your flight " which we have never been offered before in hotels."

"Domes Zeen was a stunning property. We loved our large room and private patio. We could enjoy the lovely pool, or meander down to the ocean. Staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accessible. Excellent food and refreshing spritz cocktails. I can't wait to go back someday!"

"In general great place to stay with small children, great facilities, fun events for children. Swimming pools are anyone can desire, outside, inside non heated, inside heated. If one wants beach that is also available, sandy strip is just 500m away to the side if necessary. Staff is really polite and helpful, buffet all inclusive food is not boring and selection can satisfy most i am sure. Rooms are clean and on top of that they are cleaned every day, new towels, fresh floor. Absolutely recomended, this was our favourite when compare to similar price Mallorca or Sardinia resorts that we have visited before."

"The place was beautiful and our room was spotless. The view of the Chania water front from our balcony was the best. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. If available you can request a parking spot in the garage for nominal fee. Also walking distance to the Old Town Chania and Old Venetian Port of Chania .We will stay again!"

"Me and my mum stayed here for a week. The hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, the food and drinks available on the all inclusive option are varied and of good quality. The pool and dining area views are great, and there are plenty of loungers around the pool, so it’s never packed, even when the hotel is full. The customer service is excellent too, with special thanks to Georgia the manager who made my and my mum’s stay very special. She is an asset to the hotel."
