"As advertised, close to everything in Thermopolis, good communication with host (sent someone on the first day to fix a small problem we had), went above & beyond when we accidentally an important item there. Clean and quiet! "

"Best Western is in above old building facing a park and steps away from the Hot Springs which most people come to Thermopolis to enjoy. Even better, it has a private spa with the volcanic water so if you don’t want to go to the public facilities you still can benefit from the healing waters. "

"Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the inside has has been nicely updated. Love the Ranch Oak furnishings on the porch area. There was an issue with the hot water heater, but host responded & got it promptly taken care of. House is cozy & clean. Towels are soft & shower upgrade is very nice. A/C needs updated, but it is my understanding that this is in the works. Only complaint for us is the master bed is low to the ground, not good for older knees and the bed frame creaks with every movement. "
