"Brit Hotel not helpful during emergency situation. Not responding to emails and calls prior to check in. Customers stayed outside the hotel waiting too long for calls and customers kept knocking the door to check in and no one opens the door. Customers no choice but look for another hotel in the middle of the night. Cancelled 2nd day check in due to bad experiences and upsetting situation with Brit hotel. Hotel.com must cancel contract with them."

"It didn’t say anywhere that this apartment is part of an old age home. The pictures of the communal spaces for the property are for the use of the care home residents. All of the property facilities are clearly for elderly residents. The shower room is designed for wheelchair users. I’d understand if the property was advertised as being designed for disabled people, but it is just because it is part of a care home. They are clearly just renting out rooms they’ve been unable to sell to elderly residents. Most of the things in the room had been bought from Amazon Basics, so you have an idea of the level of investment and care going into the property. The apartment was filled with bugs crawling all over the walls and windows and we couldn’t wait to leave. Not exactly an apartment, and certainly somewhere you’d want to spend as little time as possible."

"A very convenient stopover from S to N France. A good restaurant with good food and service at reasonable price."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at the Ibis Nevers. So close to the centre of the town, walkable and convenient. Parking was private and off road. Although the room was small and not soacious it was still comfortable and aircon was part of the room. Breakfast was lovely. All in all a lovely stay."
