"Rooms were spacious and there is lots of room. Only one parking space on the sidewalk in front of the house in case you have two cars. The actual address is 219BIS, not 221 as listed on VRBO so that you can more easily find it. There is NO AC in case you were wondering but the house did cool down after dark. The roof windows were full of bees with one having a large hive, so keep those closed. Very clean and stocked well! Worked well for our large family of 10."

Here are our reports for Arca properties Luxembourg to make improvements: - as already said: repair the leak in the gutter under the front door (just at the box with the code) - Put a bigger sign prohibiting parking in front of the house (we had to call the police because a car was preventing us from leaving) - the kitchen radiator is not working -Add a pair of scissors and a vegetable peeler. "My Family stayed for a week while visiting German relatives and we loved it there, We enjoyed warming up in the sauna and hottub after a day of german wet cold weather, and played in the pool every day. The host was responsive and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We felt at home there and will be back in the future. Thank you"

"This flat is on two levels, not ground floor with very steep corkscrew stairs that were very difficult to get baggage up and down. Had we known or understood that we would not have booked this house. We are all healthy, active adults (4 of the party are in their 20s and fit) and found the stairs to be very extreme.The doors on the bedrooms offered little to no privacy as they had yellow glass in the main panel and you had to position yourself when changing or dressing to allow for privacy. "Accueil du propriétaire très agréable. Appartement très bien situé,restauré avec goût, en duplex. Escalier avec des marches irrégulières et un peu difficile. Appartement très calme et clair donnant sur une cour intérieure avec parking privatif. Nous avons eu une longue conservation avec le propriétaire au sujet du parking, car dans l'annonce il n'était indiqué à aucun moment qu'il était payant.Privatif ne veux pas dire payant sinon on donne le prix de la nuitée du parking dans l'annonce. "Für zwei Personen war es ok. Leider gibt es im Wohnzimmer keine bequeme Sitzgelegenheit. Die Stühle sehen zwar toll aus, sind aber eher wenig zum Sitzen geeignet. Man muss berücksichtigen, dass es Durchgangszimmer sind. Am Eingang ist das Kinderschlafzimmer, dann folgt das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett mit Zugang zum Bad und danach kommt das Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Da wir zu zweit waren, gab es keine Platzprobleme. Metz und die Umgebung sind sehenswert, wie immer hat uns Frankreich sehr gefallen."

"There was a lot of building work going on outside the hotel which was a shame, but inside the hotel was lovely. Check in was very slow as there was only 1 person checking people in, which for a large hotel with a big event going on while we were there, isn't very good. Public transport in Luxembourg is free, and there is a very convenient bus stop outside the hotel to get into the city centre."

"My husband and I stayed for one night and it was truly a great experience. We ordered slippers and a bath robe late at night and room service brought it over very fast and were kind. Also, we ordered food from the restaurant at 21:30 and they brought the food warm and it tasted great. Would recommend this place to anyone. Affordable, clean, good service and amenities. "
