"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. Morning view south from Hochschwab summit (alt. 2.227 meters) in the middle of Hochschwab mountain range. It is the most northern part of Alps which rises over 2.000 meters of altitude. There are basically no lifts in the Hochschwab, so you can enjoy it in its natural state. In September the weather is quite stable (although quite windy and freezing in the morning in the top parts) and only few tourists which get such rewarding views for the pain of hiking it by own feet. There is nice mountain hut called Schiestlhaus only 70 alt. meters below the Hochschwab summit, so you can get to the top both for the sunset or sunrise.

"Went to Styria for the Austrian F1 GP. It is a good value for the money, spacious apartment with kitchenette, very convenient, quiet. No frills but we were there just to sleep. The only problem was with Expedia, which messed up the reservation via Vrbo, but that is another story. The staff was VERY helpful to fix the problem."
