"We decided to try this Chalet for 2 nights while visiting Annecy. Somehow I expected it to be closer to the city--turned out to be a 40-minute drive each way. Looking back at the property description I see that they say the lake is 38 minutes away, so maybe I just missed this originally...? The building is beautiful, apparently custom-made to be a home with extra bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs for quests. La cuisine de Nalou, en fonction de votre demande vis a vis de ses expériences culinaires suivant leurs voyages et ou ils ont vécu est tout simplement surprenante et délicieuse. "Can't give enough superlative comments about our stay at La Jour . A lot of character / color at our room, Le Prairie . Host , Mr. Alain was great . although not in city center Geneva, within 5 minute walk ( I timed it) to no. 22 bus , and you are at Gare Cornavin within 12 minutes , very "country /suburban " feel to the neighorhood . We brought back dinner 1 nite , and sat at the patio table . If you are not happy to stay here , you are too demanding a traveller "

"The guesthouse was situated in an nice autentical house thar was furnished with taste. Lots of shared space like a kitchen and living room and even garden. Marc was an excellent host. Breakfast was very nice with warm baked bread ansd self made fruit salade. Nice bed and shower. Due to the warm weather i was happy with the fan. I warmly recommend this place !"

"We needed a place close to the airport for a early flight and this hotel was perfect. They have a small parking lot. The hotel is right across the highway from the rental car area of the airport. We were able to return our rental car and walk to the hotel which was great. A very busy hotel and well used. They lobby area was nice and the staff were cordial and helpful. The room was small and as clean as it could be with the amount of use it must get. Nice modern bathroom and clean. The hotel runs a shuttle to the airport starting at 4 a.m. and runs every ten minutes. We took the 4:30 a.m. shuttle and it was on time and took us directly to the airport without stopping at any other hotels which was wonderful. It took about 5 minutes to get the to the airport from the hotel at that time."
