"The room was ok, but lights in restroom/ shower didn’t work, outlet next to sink didnt work. Sunday night when we returned I noticed our room was not cleaned, trash wasn’t taken out or clean towels brought up. Monday morning we tried breakfast, it was horrible. I let front desk know we need clean towels and trash taken out (only one can in the room) the lady said ok. We returned at night, nothing was done, I had to go to front desk and ask for clean towels. The guy didn’t even care that I said this is my second time asking for towels. I don’t recommend staying at this hotel nor will I return to this hotel. "

"I woke up my first night itching horribly with dozens of bumps all over my body. The mattress was covered in bed bugs. When I went to shower, the curtain wouldn’t reach the floor and flooded the bathroom floor. Fortunately they did give me a new room on request but I would probably not risk another stay at this property. "

"Unbeatable location, really convenient parking. Safe and quiet. Friendly staffs. Good amenities and has a Starbucks and a convenience store so you don’t have to urgently DoorDash anything. The lobby is amazing and better than Four Seasons downtown "

"All 3 nights we stayed at between 8:00- 8:30a.m every morning sounded like a construction zone. Pool water looked milky/not clear. Breakfast was just ok. On another hand the staff was amazing. Room size was amazing for our family size, no switch for bathroom fan so it would stay moist after showering. Room wasnt cleaned while we left for the day. "
