I was greeted by a friendly desk clerk who was very helpful and then given the keys to a clean and comfortable room. I would highly recommend staying here. The location is excellent. Close to restaurants, coffee shops and retail.

I liked this hotel because of its location. But I have chronic pain and the bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were flat. The couch is not really even useful. Be sides that though, it was clean, the staff was nice, and there was a lot of good food around and good people.

The hotel is very minimalist. There is an overpowering perfume scent in the lobby. We asked for extra hangers and never received them. We were there three nights and housekeeping never came and we never received fresh towels. The fitness center is well equipped for a hotel fitness center.

The swimming pool and spa is great. Well trained staff members. The only thing I can suggest is to provide drinking water after room service and accommodate guest for early check-in because of early flight schedules.

ALOFT Westminster is a gorgeous hotel conveniently located to countless shopping and dining options. Amazing mountain views, a wonderful pool, and a pristine hot tub! Rooms all have an incredible view - sparkling new look, great room layout, and top notch comfy cozy feel. It's a great home away from home!

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water. The daily house keeping is positive. My issue was that there was absolutely no storage; two small drawers do not count as storage. We never could confidently connect to the WiFi, I don’t expect super high speed at a hotel anyway, it got to the point where we just used our phones as a hot spot
