"We stopped in Nettleham overnight as we were going to a gig in Lincoln. Apartment was in a great location for this and with three pubs in the village offered somewhere to get food and drink before heading out. The Apartment was lovely and very clean. The only downside was parking but this was soon resolved by parking in the Coop Car Park next to the property. The Host was wonderful and ensured the kitchen and fridge was stocked upon our arrival. Would definitely stay again and can recommend...

"Accomodation was fine - great location, but fairly basic. Remember to bring your own towels and make sure you check in before going to the property. Didnt spend a lot of time in the room nor the additional facilities available looked clean enough. Great view from the windows. "

"Great communication from host, very quick to reply and sort out any problems. Property was super-close to the high street, train station and the restaurants on the riverside. We were able to access the property from the basement car park, despite parking in the NCP next door, so my elderly stepdad didn't have to use any stairs to access the property. Flat was spotless and comfy. Many thanks."

"Lovely setting but no one there to give us the key even though we’d sent 2 emails requesting info regarding collection with time of arrival. Noise from 9pm TIL 4am so couldn’t sleep. Dog faeces on paths. Toilet broken. No microwave. Needs updating and cleaning of the shower room. Lounge and bedroom roomy and comfortable. "
