"I had a very enjoyable stay at this Marriott hotel in Kingston.
From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and made check-in a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere.
I especially appreciated the spacious lobby and lounge area. It was a great place to relax, with plenty of comfortable seating, a large TV, the Bistro, and an on-site Starbucks, which made the hotel feel even more welcoming.
The only suggestion I would make is for the front desk staff to be a little more familiar with what the Bistro offers so they can better answer guests' questions. I would also love to see a few more gluten-free options available, even if they're individually packaged items that guests can purchase. For those of us with celiac disease, cross-contamination is a serious concern, so having safe grab-and-go choices would make a big difference.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. The friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere made for an excellent visit."
