"We asked for a late check out and the front desk attendant (not sure of her name) was unfriendly and made us feel like and absolute inconvenience. We were polite in asking and said if it didn’t work, we’d be ok with that. Her response was “well, fine but no later than 12:30”. Incredibly unexpected for a Marriott. "

"The hotel looked like it was in the process of being updated. Our room was a bit old fashioned and there weren’t many additional outlets for charging. The pool was a bit of a let down. The hot tub was blocked off and the bottom of the pool felt crumbly. Towels were definitely in need of replacing. The food was great though. The lobster ravioli was heaven. Other than pizza, wasn’t much for the kids to eat. "

"Staff at the front desk were friendly and professional. The room was clean and everything at the hotel appeared to be recently renovated. There was no microwave in the room, though one was available at the breakfast area. Trash cans were cleaned daily. Breakfast was ok, but very plain. You won't find traditional scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon. Overall, it was a good experience."
