Pure Chalet is the best place I’ve stayed in Thredbo. It is first class luxury and Fab is an amazing host, we felt very spoilt ! We will definitely be back and highly recommend if you are after a friendly and relaxed stay with affordable luxury accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at Pure Chalet. The rooms are cozy and have everything you need and the location couldn’t be better but the best part was the wonderful staff and owners. Would definitely come back!

The hosts Grant and Julie were exceptional. They were able to answer any questions, were quick to respond and fix any issues, and provided the most amazing service (the breakfast is beautiful!). I will stay here every trip to Thredbo in the future!

Small chalet with pretty outlook. Extra touches (port, biscuits, good coffee machine) with attractive eating area and balcony. Games and TV. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed. Excellent, friendly service with delicious, extensive breakfast including home-made bread. Highly recommend.

The property has magnificent views and the chalet is well kept, warm and comforable as is the room used for eating and sitting. Fabienne , the manager, is helpful and obliging Access to the property is challenging with alot of stairs and this presents difficulties with luggage for older guests.

Breakfast was delicious! The host, Juniper was very friendly and good with communication throughout our stay. The shared area had a great view and a nice atmosphere with the fireplace gas heater. Good selection of games and a tv too. The heated room for drying our ski gear was very handy and appreciated after a rainy day on the slopes. Probably the only downside is that you can hear your neighbours a bit as the walls aren’t very thick, but apart from that nothing but good things to say!

Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Thredbo and surrounds! The room was beautiful, toasty, clean and had epic views. The check in process was seamless and I was messaged all instructions in advance. I visited with my partner for his birthday and asked if there was something they could do as a welcome surprise. We went into the room with a personalised Happy Birthday note and a mini bottle of sparkling wine! The owner Fab was very friendly, she welcomed my partner and I on our first morning with breakfast that she made from scratch! We were able to pick from a menu and the food was beautiful. We will definitely be coming back. Could not recommend this place enough!

Fab was the most amazing host! The rooms were well maintained, the common areas were clean and quiet, the location is great and the breakfast was a treat (fresh baked bread a winner) Fabs knowledge of the area was impressive, and she was so helpful with ideas for us to plan our days, during our time at Pure Chalet. Room was not amazing (was small), but it was clean and the area, hosts, and breakfast were more than amazing! Parking space was tight. It is not handicap accessible (as far as I could tell). There were a number of stairs to get to the chalet. Thanks for the great advice and cook to order breakfast! Loved staying with you all!

"Exceptional Stay with Unmatched Hospitality

Absolutely thrilled with my recent stay, From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the fabulous hosts who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The room was immaculate, with all the comforts one could ask for, and the location was ideal for exploring the ski fields. What truly made this experience exceptional was the hosts' attention to detail and their genuine hospitality. They provided excellent recommendations, were always available for any needs, and made me feel right at home. I can’t recommend this place enough—definitely a stay to remember!
