Old dirty linens on the bed (color had washed off, holes, frays). Booked for 4 and only linens for 3. We mentioned the issues and were given access to another apartment a mile away. Had to figure out our own transportation. This apartment was in order. We also weren't the only ones, we recognized another...

Nothing worse than taking a hot steamy shower in a bathroom that smells like rank, three week old, urine; and then crawling into a bed where the sheets were all riddled with stains. With improvements, this facility has great potential- the location can’t be beat."

"SO MANY issues, first the check in process is like going on a treasure hunt, in -16 weather you don’t want to be walking around to get keys from random buildings. It’s well explained but inconvenient. Before my arrival I requested more blankets due to the forecast, they said no.
