"First night, our room was given to another family after we checked in. Found the family outside of my room & my key inactive. Our first full day, we rented a cabana and the fan sagged so low you couldn’t use it. One of teenagers got a nonalcoholic drink from the bar and found a hair in it, when returned, they made her another drink and charged full price. The bartender said “hair is free, $4 please”. The same day, the fire alarm went off around 6 pm and could not be disabled until 10pm. My family of 6 stayed for 5 nights and we had to ask for new towels, we were told that we wouldn’t get them. Explained that we needed them since there was so many of us staying so many days. Got those exchanged. House keeping never came to our room, no cleaning supplies in the room. The park is outdated and the hours of the water park varied. Our key to the room stopped working multiple times. The only reason why we stayed was the park was decent enough for the kids to play. I was seriously disappointed as a mother."

"We loved it. Communication from the owners prior was timely and pleasant. This was the most relaxing vacation we’ve taken in years. It was quiet. It was convenient. We felt like we had privacy, even in a tight community. The golf cart was convenient for trash. There were things available for convenience (laundry and cleaning supplies, random things like nail polish, a lunch box, ice packs, and much more). Access to the water from the house was not available since the water was so low, but the dock was nice. The view from the sunroom was also beautiful. The only challenges we had was not controllable for the owner. We had a long truck and a boat. It was very hard for us to park, thank goodness my husband is a pro. The wind and the lights seemed to bring in a ton of bugs, but there was a bug light there to try to help. We are thankful for the week we had here"

"This property was so clean and cozy. Very clear directions were given for everything. The host were amazing, some of the best we have ever had and we travel often. They communicate clearly, quickly, and make sure you have everything needed to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The property was just as described."
