Just awful. Incredibly hot. Tiny plasticky en suite. Dark corridors. Loud tv’s in rooms. It was simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in London. At 11pm I decided that I wasn’t comfortable at all and booked another hotel nearby and left.

The hotel was in a great quiet location, yet within walking distance to a lot of the great attractions. It is also about a 15 minute walk to the Westminster Underground station which allows you to travel all around the city. Also, I would suggest adding the breakfast to your reservation as it has lots of options and helps to get your day started.

Construction was an issue, especially no direct access to cabs, staff were excellent , buffet was above expectations, overall very nice stay, would return

Hotell med bra läge och trevlig personal. Sköna sängar!På minussidan ganska slitet, lampor som inte fungerar, skruvar som lossnar ur väggen. Ingen AC finns men vi fick två fläktar på rummet så det blev ändå uthärdligt. Frukosten var bra men det hade varit bra om man kunde ha kylplatta till kylvarorna man ställer fram.
