"We had to ask for bigger pillows, what they gave us worked fine. Toilet was missing the chain to attach the flush handle to the other parts. Faucet in kitchenet area did not work. Bed was fine and air worked fine. There were no plugs at head of bed to hook cpap machines to. Staff was great."
