"No service nobody around ,,soiled sheets, and pillowcases. We had to request sheets. My wife had to make the her own bed, put the pillow sheets on nothing was accessible for housekeeping because there was nobody around. No way to turn down the AC. It ran all night very very cold. Definitely not worth $215 a night and that was discounted wouldn’t pay more than 60 or 70 bucks to stay there again."

"Great hotel! Breakfast was not free ($19.99 per person) but had great variety. The hotel was very well maintained, had very friendly staff & rooms were comfortable. The food & service at the onsite bar & restaurant was also very good. On the whole, the bedt place to stay in downtown Kalamazoo."
