"I’ll be honest—I only checked the reviews after booking this hotel, and I immediately regretted it. Most of the reviews were terrible, and since my booking was non-refundable, I was really disappointed and worried about what to expect. But my experience turned out to be completely different. When we arrived at night, the receptionist was extremely nice and welcoming. He even upgraded our stay, which was such a pleasant surprise. The room was very neat, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the stay was much better than I expected based on the reviews I had read. Sometimes it’s better to experience a place yourself rather than rely entirely on reviews. I’m glad we gave this hotel a chance!"

"Staff was excellent. Gym one of the best around. Pool and hot tub clean. Rooms clean. Overall great stay. We didn’t have breakfast but a number of other guests were enjoying it and it looked fantastic."

"An excellent option if you're on a budget. Tolerably clean, mostly well maintained, good plumbing, and exceptionally warm and welcoming staff. The desk agent in particular greeted me nicely when I showed up a couple hours early for check-in in the hope that they had a room ready, which they did and which was extremely helpful to me. The weakest area was the Wi-Fi, which was inconsistent, fluctuating between slow and unusable."

"The beds were so comfortable! The room was clean and it was a nice suite. I wish we had more than 2 towels though, which I know is easily fixed with asking for more. The pool is small but works, it was chilly. There weren't enough towels there either, we had to go ask the desk for more. We ate breakfast there only one day of the two we were there. This is an area that I think could really use some improvements. There are only 3 tables and then the rest of the seating are chairs with a tiny side table. The eggs and sausage were good. They were out of plates so we had to use bowls. They were out of juice too and the coffee cup lids didn't fit the coffee cups. The price was great and I really don't have any big complaints, it was well worth the money."

"Rooms smelled musty. I bought a freshener. New rugs were clean and modern. Staff was nice. The portable air conditioner is fine but it takes up a lot of space. You should let the guest know the pool is closed."
