"We stayed for a weekend in early December. The weather was wet and cold so we made full use of the warm and comfortable cottage. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfortable. The setting is fine with good views over the fields and woodland. Bridget was very accommodating too."

"We were expecting to stay in a 1 bedroom cottage not a room There was no kitchen just a cupboard with a sink and a microwave so no room to be able to cook There was no bed as such just a futon because the room was so small we had to put it together and collapse it every day I was glad to come home"

The whole history of the land and property are documented from 1245 both in book form and on the walls of the entrance porch. Filled with original beams and woodwork, inglenook fireplaces and furnished to compliment the age of the building but with modern day living taken into account. An amazing bedroom with vaulted ceiling and modern en-suite bathroom. A lovely kitchen...
