"Larger rooms and property than expected with a huge kitchen , central heating and every thing you would need to self cater. Quiet location with gated parking. Greatest views of Ireby and Uldale fells, and 100mtrs walk to the breattaking views of the Solway. Do not have any hesitation of this great propery but be aware you are close to all tourist locations but is a great getaway for walks, etc. One slifht issue, not reLly worth mentioning is that the grass needed cutting and the cumbrian...

"A quiet location with good views over the fells - a joy to sit in the lounge with this lovely vista. Nice walks from the front door without having to take the car. The cottage was very well equipped with everything we needed, although we could not find a dustpan to go with the brush in the kitchen. A problem with the immersion heater on our last day was resolved promptly and. without fuss. A perfect location for those seeking peace and solitude."

"I wouid recommend this property but would make sure other guests jnow there is nothing within walking distance and a car is needed to get ro the nearest pub/supermarket. The property was lovely but the blinds needed dusting, there were dirty towels in the washing machine and the laminate on the tables was taped up."
