Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! Us her in US we never do something like that .. even though I called the hotel directly and explained the problem with them and they still refused. "

"Wonderfully quaint B&B in and old mill. Our room was right up in the roof space. Might not be suitabe for some as the stairs are very steep and windy, and our room had two low beams at face height, but it certainly had character and charm."

"Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!! Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful...

"Vooraf hebben we enkele vragen gesteld aan de eigenaar. We kregen heel snel antwoord. Het welkom was erg fijn. De gite was schoon en netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. De wifi heeft zonder haperingen gewerkt. De omgeving is erg rustig, heerlijk om te wandelen. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf."

"Missing light bulb at entrance's narrow and steep stairs was a safety hazard. Missing towels showed up an hour later, thankfully. Place is ok. At least a small table and a chair would have been nice."
