Intimate, spacious and comfortable villa, ideal for families and groups of adults

Detached and completely new villa, located in the town of Tias, in the south of the island of Lanzarote, in a quiet area without noise, with magnificent views of the sea and the Golf Course of Puerto del Carmen. It is located about 500 meters from the urban center, and 3 kilometers from the beaches of Puerto del Carmen. It has more than 250 square meters built on a plot of 530 meters, with beautiful garden areas, barbecue area and independent heated pool, duly provided with solarium and hammocks. Next to the pool is the room where the small gym is located with a weight-training device, exercise bike and multiple hand-held devices, and the games room equipped with a ping-pong table, darts and table games. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, all types of appliances and kitchenware, including crockery, as well as laundry, and television in the main bedrooms, living room and barbecue area. The house has fiber optic and quality wifi signal both inside the house and in the pool area.

Brilliant holiday

My friends and I stayed for a week and had a fantastic time. The property is excellent, the pool is fantastic and the outside kitchen area is incredible for BBQs and evenings by the pool. Tias itself is a great little town with good supermarkets and bars all in easy walking distance of the house. Plus really good transport links to the rest of the island The hosts are great too and easy to contact, helpful and very friendly.

Stunning spacious villa

The villa was extremely well equipped. Very clean and the location was great. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop and nearest shop with further 5 mins more walking. Hosts were very helpful and friendly

Amazing Property

My family and I have just returned from a 10 day stay and it was a truly relaxing experience. The property was outstanding, one of the best that we have stayed in and the location was really peaceful. Elisabet and Jose were wonderful hosts and very accommodating when we had an early arrival and a late afternoon flight. Everything was thought of to make our stay wonderful. Great Break - Will be back

Loved this villa, just what we wanted. Plenty of space, great facilities. Walking distance to Tias but would need a car for Puerto Del Carmen. If you stay try some of the smaller bars and restaurants in Tias, very friendly and good quality. Supermarket also nearby. Owners were great, all communications really clear. We arrived early and there was no problem leaving our bags whilst we went out for lunch and waited until the villa was ready. Will be back as this was a great place to stay.

Lovely family stay in Tias

We had an amazing stay at this villa. Definitely the best we have ever stayed in. Villa is spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything for a great family holiday. Pool was warm and the family loved everything about it.

Toller Urlaub bei tollen Gastgebern in einem perfekten Haus

Endlich ging es mal wieder nach Spanien und dann hatten wir eine super Unterkunft und herrliches Wetter . Die Gastgeber José Pablo und seine Frau waren sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber die immer erreichbar waren und uns mit Tips versorgt hatten . Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber gewesen . Alles war wie auf den Bildern abgebildet . Am besten fanden wir die Außenküche die man am Abend , wenn es kühler wurde , schließen konnte . Die Lage des Hauses mit dem tollen Meerblick und der Ruhe haben wir sehr genossen . Die kurze Entfernung zum Flughafen ( 10 Minuten mit dem Auto ) machte uns erst skeptisch aber man hat kein Flugzeug gehört . Ich würde diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen , denn es war für uns alles perfekt . An dieser Stelle möchten wir uns noch mal bei den Gastgebern José und seiner Frau bedanken . Danke für den riesigen Obstkorb und den Wein der bei unserer Ankunft für eine Überraschung sorgte und den selbst gebackenen Kuchen der Gastgeberin . Tolle Gastgeber, schönes Haus und ruhige Lage

Solche Gastgeber wünscht man sich. Eli und Jose Pablo sind liebenswürdige Gastgeber die sich um alles liebevoll kümmern. Für jedes Problem gibt es eine schnelle Lösung, besser geht es nicht !! Das Haus ist modern mit allem Komfort und hat einen schönen beheizbaren Pool. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit angenehmen Nachbarn. Wer Ruhe, Komfort und nette Vermieter sucht, ist hier richtig. Ein Mietwagen ist zwingend erforderlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Einziges kleines Manko aus unserer Sicht: Es gibt keinen überdachten Außenbereich zum Rauchen bei Regen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Herzliche Grüße und vielen Dank an Eli und Jose Pablo

Restful retreat

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful clean villa. Pool was lovely & was cleaned regularly while we were there for 2 weeks, we all had great fun using table Tennis table & darts board. Villa owners absolutely perfect we had a few minor problems & they were there within the hour.
