"The property is older and funky in a charming way. Lovely shaded outside space that is next to busy spaces but feels very private due to the trees and the setting. The bed was super comfortable. Everything was really clean. We were there a week so needed a few extra things which were provided immediately. "The location was great. The room was comfortable and cute (as shown in the photo). The only difficulty was the internet, which went in and out - both from the lodging's wifi and on our mobile data on our cell phones. I think it is because the location is a bit lower than the surroundings. Apart from that frustration (which they tried to address by restarting the internet), we loved this place. "

"We stayed one night with our 3 kids. the room was renovated and nice, could use a rug, since the floor was cold. There were beds for 5 and a sofa that opens for one more if needed. Plenty of bed linens as well. Cons- no dishes in the kitchenette, and the microwave had nowhere to plug it it. we had to move it and it was heavy. Great area with lots to do. nice country club style indoor pool ( Beit Eyal) with an extra nominal fee ( 30 Shekels per person)"

"It was supposed to be a 2 bedroom apartment but was a one bedroom apartment. The shower drained very slow and flooded the bathroom. The refrigerator was very loud. When I called the owner she told me the living room counts as bedroom, which not correct."

"The price for the apartment is reasonable. The apartment is small, and does not supply enough towels. We did not receive any instructions for picking up the keys and arranging for our arrival. The manager did not reply to our email inquiries. There were ants in the room. The air conditioning unit does not have any labels, and the place was very hot. We did not enjoy our stay in this property."

"Felt at home right away! Hili Apts is in a perfect location, just a walk or short driving distance from the main section of Tiberius town. The apartment was very roomy, complete kitchen needs, awesome hot shower w excellent water pressure. Parking available on the property, which made it convenient for unloading of luggage and groceries. Anat the owner is a wonderful person. Will definitely stay here again!!"

From the moment I stepped into the beautifully remodeled room, I was captivated by the attention to detail and the stunning view overlooking the boardwalk. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff, Talia the public relations manager in particular was extremely helpful and polite. Every request or concern I had was swiftly addressed with a smile, making me feel incredibly well taken care of throughout my stay. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
