"My family stayed at Hotel Zephyr for four nights, and overall we had a great experience. If you’re looking for a hotel in the Fisherman’s Wharf area, look no further—Hotel Zephyr is an excellent choice. The location is fantastic, with many attractions within walking distance, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
There were, however, a couple of disappointments. The hotel charges a daily amenity fee of $35, which was not disclosed on Expedia when we made our reservation. We were surprised by this additional charge upon arrival.
In addition, although we travel frequently and many hotels allow complimentary early check-in when a room is available, that was not the case here. Hotel Zephyr charges an extra fee even if your room is ready just 30 minutes before the standard check-in time.
Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay, and the excellent location and friendly staff made Hotel Zephyr a great place for our family to stay."
