"The house is great, loved the ocean view! Loads of space for everyone! Would be handy to have a paper posted with details like, how to get into the garage for the bbq, which we didn’t find until right before we went home. Bring your own tp - the toilet paper is a very thin, rough 1 ply! All in all, we had a great time and I would definitely recommend staying here."

"We were fortunate to book this house on relatively short notice. The views from the living room and deck are incredible. While the floor plan is a bit cozy, the overall experience was fantastic. The listing is accurate and the hosts were responsive. The only drawback (and it’s a minor one) is the short walk to the beach access."

"Wonderful spot. Beautiful view of the ocean. Close to Nye Beach and the Newport bayfront. We were able to cook breakfast for everyone with very little planning, because the kitchen has everything needed cookware-wise, plus spices and condiments left by previous guests. Fire pit hot tub and bathrooms were all great. Spaces to gather including out on the deck, in the family room and at large dining table. Plus great sunsets and tide watching."

"Hello, our stay was great! The home was clean & welcoming. Weather was great when we arrived-last day rained & made a cozy fire. Quiet neighborhood too. Just a few notes - have never stayed at a VRBO where you had to wash towels & put in dryer. I get it’s easy - but we did pay a housekeeping fee. Plus, old flowers with nasty water on table- tossed out. Also, how much effort is there to provide a box of tissues & a spare garbage kitchen bag? Use your booking fee to at least provide these to your...

"This property really made our family trip fun. Both kids and adults enjoyed the games and hot tub, and having a fenced in yard for the dog was really helpful. It’s very close to the beach and a nice restaurant, and conveniently located in town, making it ideal for exploring."

"The house was exactly as advertised and only a short walk to the ocean and a long beach. There are views of the ocean from the living and dining room, as well as the kitchen. The house was clean and well-stocked, with lots of instructions/guidance to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The owners have furnished the house with quality items, and it is evident that they have given a great deal of thought to making the house a home away from home.
