"Good location within a short walk to the lake or to the bus station. We were on the 5th of 6 floors and the elevator only fits one person and a suitcase, that’s it. If the elevator breaks down the 5 flights of circular staircase would be brutal. Some wear and tear issues in the apartment but overall a good fit for our 4 person stay."

"The apartment is clean and spacious, with working appliances and facilities. However, the interiors (walls, doors, furniture) are quite worn and don’t match the photos. There’s also a lingering fried food smell, mentioned by other guests, that hasn’t been resolved. Communication before check-in was difficult and could be improved. "a beautiful building but only two sets of steps into the hotel lobby which with 2 x 20kg cases and 2 x 10kg back packs not the easiest to get up but thankfully they are short. reception staff super helpful and friendly giving us an early check in. nothing was a hassle for them during our stay. disappointed the room had no fridge and no kettle tea/coffee. i asked for 2 cups of hot water from the bar and carried them up to my room. breakfast is very busy and a small area. a lot of items gone by 9am. but everything tasty and fresh. no hot food only cold cuts cheese pastries etc. location is a little bit isolated but there is a tram and train station not far away and the lake is fairly close. the train station can be walked in about 15mins. save yourself the rip off taxi prices and being stuck in traffic and at lights. thank me later."
