"The staff at the desk were very helpful and accomplished. Located close to restaurants etc. Very cute place to visit."

"The hotel is undergoing renovations, which were not stated prior to arrival. The room I was assigned was tatty and needing updating, and was not to the usual standard of room I have stayed in previously at this hotel. "Va bene cosiì, non aggiungo altro."

"Sie setzen deine Wünsche perfekt um"

"Good location. 10 minutes walk to the centre. Easy check-in. Shortly after moving into our room, the concierge offered us a more suitable room, (my partner has mobility issues). The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the whole place could do with a bit of tlc. There is paid parking across the road at the station."

"Location great. Very quiet. Could use a deep clean but generally clean"
