"I specifically booked as have stayed at Raddison in Edinburgh and Cape Town. I messaged them 2 weeks in advance requesting Spa appts…as arriving on morning flight. The shuttle driver was super creepy, the reception staff made no effort to accommodate me, spa fully booked… turned out hotel eas barely occupied…when taken to my room??? Expecting a Radddison experience… I was dismayed to find a travel lodge box… thanks goes to reception on evening shift who “upgraded” me… Just felt conned.
