"The team was very welcoming and helpful, Daniel was amazing checking in my daughter and her boyfriend, their 1st time in Cartagena and gave my husband and I very important important information while checking us out! At the restaurant, Shirley was an outstanding waitress!! Overall a great experience. One of our recommendations is for the Hyatt to invest on replacing the rooms’s refrigerators as they just don’t work…we were at a Hyatt earlier this year in Cancun, MX and unfortunately experienced the same problem."
