"What was stated in the description of the place was not what we got. If it wasn't for the fact our flight arrived at 11:00 PM and it took a long time to find the place, we wouldn't have even stayed the night. "The communication was horrible. The listing does not state the water they give you per person is super limited for bath. The energy is super limited, they even said not to charge my kids tablet when they saw them. Not all rooms have fans (horrible heat we couldnt sleep) and the fans offered were in poor condition. "Very unsafe area for tourist! Do not come to this hotel unless you're prepared to get ripped off by every individual at the hotel and all along the beach. The couches were coverd in mold, the lights only worked between 6pm and 6am. The water was not working and no AC in the room. I stayed one night and left as soon as I could, I requested a refund but was met by rude responses from the staff even after listing all of the issues. "The only thing great about this place was the location. The rooms were extremely small, no iron or microwave in the rooms either. When I asked for an iron the sent me one that was broken and barely worked. Items in the mini fridge were charged and no one told us anything and there was no sign or list with the prices, they charged me $76USD for a few items that probably would cost $10 - big scam. Would not recommend this hotel at all. "
